Workshops

As a part of its mission to help the elder community, Navigating Elderhood partners with businesses, organizations, care facilities and senior centers that work directly with, or guide, the elderly community and families. Workshops are developed to offer an array of vital topics, from navigating care resources, and developing care plans, to empowering caregivers through self-care techniques, and enhancing communication within families. 

 

These workshops can be offered in person or virtually.
